Origis Energy, a U.S.-based renewable energy company, secured $290 million for the Swift Air Solar II and Swift Air Solar III projects in Ector County, Texas. The two projects have a total capacity of 313 MW. The senior secured debt facilities, which include construction debt, term debt, and a tax credit bridge loan, were secured from Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking and Santander Corporate & Investment Banking.

Tages Capital, an asset manager specializing in private-market alternative investment funds, completed a non-recourse green loan transaction worth €671 million (~$781 million). The funding will be used to refinance its entire portfolio of solar projects totaling approximately 272 MW and to fund project upgrades and repowering initiatives, including capacity increases and the development of electrochemical storage systems.

ACCIONA Energía, a renewable energy company that develops, builds, and operates wind, solar, and other clean energy projects, reached an agreement with Mexico Infrastructure Partners, an investment firm for the sale of a 49% stake in its 1.3 GW solar portfolio in the U.S., together with the whole stake in two wind projects in Mexico totaling 321 MW for $1 billion.

ENCAVIS, the Hamburg-based solar and wind project developer, acquired five solar projects with a total generation capacity of 265 MW from EDP Renewables Italia Holding, a utility-scale solar and wind project developer and a wholly owned subsidiary of EDP Renováveis. Three of the projects are in the Lazio region of central Italy near Rome, while the other two are in the Puglia region in southeastern Italy.

Potentia Energy, a renewable energy project developer, secured approximately AUD$830 million (~$552 million) in debt financing for a diversified renewable energy portfolio comprising solar, wind, and hybrid battery energy storage systems. The portfolio includes six projects across Australia, totaling more than 600 MW of capacity. The funding will be used to support the company’s pipeline of utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects, including projects currently under construction across regional Australia.

BayWa r.e., a renewable energy project developer, secured financing for the Jacumba Valley Ranch Energy Park, which includes 90 MWac/127 MWdc solar and 70 MWac/280 MWh battery energy storage capacity located in Southeastern San Diego County, California. The project is currently under construction following the recent groundbreaking, marking the issuance of full notice to proceed under the construction agreement.
